Location & Getting Here :

  • About 6–7 minutes by car, or a 40-minute walk.

  • We are a 12-minute drive from Whitstable Train Station.

  • Yes, we offer free parking for all hotel guests.

  • Yes, we have 1 EV charging station with 2 ports, which is subject to availability.

Your Stay :

  • Our standard check-in time is 4 pm. However, if your room is available earlier, you are welcome to check in. We have a lovely restaurant and terrace that you are welcome to use if your room is not quite ready.

  • 48 hours in advance for room reservations.

  • Yes. Just let us know ahead of time so we can save you one of our dog-friendly rooms.

  • WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Food & Drink :

  • Breakfast: 8:00am–9:45am
    Lunch: 12:00pm–3:30pm
    Dinner: 6:00pm–8:30pm

  • Yes, dogs are welcome in the Palm Pavilion. We ask that they're kept on leads and, where possible, that you let us know beforehand.

  • Yes, however, we do require 48 hours' notice.

Events & Extras :

  • Yes. With three event spaces at our Whitstable hotel, we host everything from weddings to baby showers, private dinners and every type of celebration in between.
